Our service
EZFOTO supplies website-building, hosting and client-gallery tools. Photographers provide their photography services independently and remain responsible for their client agreements, prices, content and delivery promises. Payments arranged directly with a photographer, including through WhatsApp, are not EZFOTO subscription payments. Event Sales lets customers buy event photographs through EZFOTO. Photographer earnings are tracked separately from customer payment fees.
Accounts and responsibilities
Provide accurate account and billing details, protect your credentials and only access workspaces you are authorised to use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to purchase a plan, or act through an authorised adult. Report suspected unauthorised access to support promptly.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. You grant EZFOTO the limited permission needed to store, process, display and deliver that content for the services you choose. Obtain the rights and permissions needed from copyright owners and people shown in your photographs. Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive material, malicious files, or content that violates another person’s privacy. We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious misuse, with notice where appropriate.
Plans and payment
The selected plan, storage allowance, access period, currency, discount and total shown at checkout govern each purchase. Plans renew manually; this service does not automatically debit your bank account for renewal. Paid activation follows provider verification, not the return-page message alone. Valid 100% promotional purchases can activate without a payment-provider charge. Offers apply only under their stated eligibility and usage limits.
Gallery access and storage
Client Galleries offer Free and paid plans. Free access has no renewal date. An optional 30-day Gallery Pro trial is available once before your first paid Gallery plan; no card or automatic charge applies. When a trial ends, choose Free within its storage allowance or purchase a plan to continue sharing and uploads. Uploads pause when usage exceeds the available allowance.
Gallery retention and deletion
When paid gallery access or a trial ends, public viewing and uploads pause unless other valid coverage applies. Owners can retrieve retained photographs without a recovery deadline. EZFOTO does not automatically delete Client Galleries because of their age or the end of a subscription. Explicit permanent deletion removes photographs and album drafts while preserving billing history. Keep your own backups.
Event earnings and withdrawals
Commission and customer fees are shown before checkout. Only verified live sales cleared as received by EZFOTO become available for withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 to your Malaysian bank account. Requests are reviewed and transfers are handled manually; requesting or approving a withdrawal does not mean money has been sent. Refunds, chargebacks and corrections may reduce available earnings or create a balance to resolve. Test payments and historical collection records are not automatically withdrawable. Contact support about a disputed adjustment or delayed request.
Availability and refunds
We aim to provide reliable access but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular upload speed or permanent storage. Internet connectivity, devices, file sizes and provider availability affect performance. Contact support about incorrect charges, duplicate payments or unresolved service failures. Our Refund Policy explains the review process. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use and disputes
You may stop using the service or choose not to renew. Contact support for account closure and data requests; records that must be retained are handled separately. These draft terms are intended for a Malaysia-based service and are subject to applicable Malaysian law without removing mandatory consumer protections.
