Account and gallery safety
Use a unique password and keep account and email access secure. Share password-protected galleries only with intended recipients. File-access links can grant temporary access; do not publish them or include them in screenshots shared publicly. Password protection cannot prevent a recipient from redistributing a file already downloaded.
Reporting a concern
Email ezfotoo@gmail.com with the subject Security report. Include the affected page, a description and safe reproduction steps. Remove passwords, tokens, bank information and other people’s photographs. Do not test by accessing other customers’ data, interrupting the service or exploiting a suspected vulnerability. This is a reporting channel, not permission to perform intrusive testing.
How we respond
We review reports, assess impact and prioritise fixes based on risk. If personal data may be affected, we assess applicable notification duties. No fixed response SLA, certification or guarantee of perfect security is claimed by this draft. The security review and operational incident procedure must be completed before launch.
